We carefully inspect the Products before shipping your order to ensure there is no damage. However, if you notice any damage to your purchase upon delivery, please contact us at hello@sammmm.com.

Returns are accepted only for products that were incorrectly shipped (wrong item or wrong size) and must be reported with proof within 7 days of receipt.

Refunds are issued only for damaged or expired products, provided they are reported within 2 days of receipt with proof.

Exchanges are allowed only in cases of damaged products or if an incorrect size was sent by us, provided they are reported within 2 days of receipt with proof.

Please note that if we find that the Product has not been returned to us in fully resalable condition, we reserve the right to decline a refund on the item.  We will not accept returns on sale and clearance items, and on items damaged through normal wear and tear.
